Working Principle
While nanosecond lasers rely on photothermal heating to fragment targets (risking thermal damage), picosecond technology produces powerful pressure waves that mechanically shatter chromophores into dust-like particles (<10 μm versus >100 μm with nanosecond).
Four wavelengths enable selective targeting: 532nm for melanin and red pigments, 585nm for hemoglobin, 650nm for green/blue inks, and 1064nm for deep melanin and dark tattoos. The 1.67 GW peak power ensures this photoacoustic effect reaches each target depth with maximum efficiency.
